40483 Media Handler MDH: Picker cannot initialize because the picker area is currently reserved by another task When initialize the picker it needs to make sure that any other task does not move at the same time it is initializing so prior to moving it attempts to reserve the picker. If it is unable to do so this error occurs. Wait for the other operation to complete, then attempt the operation again. If it fails again with the same error then reset the device. If this fails reset the device. This error is reported.
